UPS Worldwide Express – Europe : (Except France – Air)

USD $49.50 : 3-5 Business days. No Sunday delivery. Signature upon delivery is required. Cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes or FPO/APO. Parcels can be tracked on line at every step. Not recommended for France (Registered Mail is Recommended), or Russia where your shipment may be subjected to taxes and extra customs clearance charges.

Registered Mail

USD $11.50 : 10-30 business days to most countries the world. No Sunday delivery. Can be shipped to P.O. Boxes or FPO/APO. Can be tracked online in most countries, and a signature is required upon delivery. Please note: we require UPS Express shipping for Gemstone Carvings, due to their size and weight.

Insurance is mandatory and is 1% of the total.

Release Signature on File:
If UPS has authorization to release parcels without your signature (called a ‘Release Signature on File’), please call UPS to revoke the authorization. A UPS package left without a signature because UPS has a ‘Release Signature on File’ for your address, Will Not be Covered By Our Insurance Carrier.

Damaged Packages:
If there is physical evidence of tampering, please immediately indicate the damage to the carrier. If the package is empty or damaged, Do Not Accept The Parcel. All loss or damage claims must be reported to us within 24 hours of discovery of the loss or damage.

Additional Information for Non-USA shipments:
In many countries (not USA) properly declared shipments are subject to custom charges and tax. Registered Mail takes longer but usually avoids additional fees. We are happy to send via UPS but please keep in mind that we have no control over extra charges occurring in your country. The buyer is responsible for any customs, tax and duties in their country. Returns because of such charges cannot be accepted.

Availability:
Orders are shipped from Bangkok the next work day after your payment has cleared, Monday through Friday excluding Thai public holidays.
